Avastar購入 ベンダーの不具合？

Avastar　ちゃり～ん　として　ユーザ登録して　登録完了のメールも届いた。
それでも　DLサイトが見つからない。

おかしいなあと、Machinimatrixのサイト　英語　と闘いながら　あちこちつつきまわっていたら

右上のほうに　MY TICKETS　発見
そのなかに　Lost myDownload Link というのがある。





これだ～っと　ひらいてみたら
こんな文章が　ならんでる。

　ざっくり・・・・　あなたの買った商品のIDはこれね。
サーバーエラーでているから、次の文章を　ノートカードにコピーしてベンダーのオーナーさんに送ってね。
もし、返金されていなかったらオーナーさんに連絡してください。


つまり、買ったつもりで　お金は引き落とされているけど　ちゃんと購入手続きができていないということみたい。
どうりで　さがしまわっても　みつからないわけで＾＾；
ということで　お手紙かきました。

Problem about the Avastar purchase by ♪

I bought the Avastar yesterday.
However,I can't find my Download Link.

I registered in Machinimatrix. by the name of ♪.

I saw past loggs in Secondlife.
I can't find the activation link in the Nearby Chat right after purchasing.
There was the following log, I copy it and past here.

So not been refunded yet.

I am Japanese and not good at English.
